     It's allowed to install just one Developer License on the computer.. 

     It's exist from  kv_control_chart.ocx(ActiveX)  and kv_control_chart.lic(License) files. 

     In addition to that it's forbidden to hand the files down except the customer has the 

     Runtime distribution (see below). After paying, the customer can download  the newest version

     which is the Client area.

    One Year Update / Upgrade is only available for customers who already bought the Developer License 

     The price for the update is flat rate and it isn't addicted from the numbers of the bought licenses.

     The period is counted from the date of invoice + 370 days.

     After the paying all in this time released versions are available for the customers in the  Client area.

     By buying Runtime distribution the customer gets the allowance to give the KV_CONTROL_CHART  

     as part of a your application to end users. In this case it just it's a matter of  kv_control_chart.ocx(ActiveX) file.  

     It's forbidden to hand the License file kv_control_chart.lic down. 

     By ordering (Order online), a own Client Area for the customer will be created. 

     For the customer, in this area all available versions are able to download.
